eZee Carro — Long-term Test

18 February 2010 2,119 views 2 Comments

The eZee Carro is an electric trike designed by eZeebike. The trike has been used as a small utility vehicle for transporting refuse, recycling, deliveries and organic waste. The bike has also been very popular for people that have difficulty riding a two-wheeled bike, but still would like to get some exercise and maybe do some shopping along the way. There are even a few people that were faced with having to get into a mobility scooter but chose the Carro as an enjoyable substitute. The Carro is equipped with a 7-Speed internal Shimano derailleur which power both rear wheels. It has a 350W motor on the front with a step-through frame. The Carro also has a head light and two tail lights above each wheel. Last but definitely not least is the carry basket. I have personally seen 150 pounds loaded into one these, and the rider exclaimed that “it seems even easier to ride, is that possible?”

A fantastic article written in the UK, describes one gentleman’s review of the Carro as a means of alternate transportation.
